Ines, a 16 Year old drug addict and prostitute, is found dead. At first Inspector Glass suspect an overdose. The next day, a second girl is found under the same circumstances. Glass starts looking for Makowski, a drug pusher. Through Lisa, a call-girl and client of Makowski, Glass learns that he and the two dead girls were blackmailing some unknown, influential person.
