Peter Sandmann, owner of a marriage bureau makes a lot of people happy. But... most of the female clients try to seduce the matchmaker instead of being devoted to their husbands. Trouble is foreseen. In an underground car park he is kissed by an unknown woman ... and falls in love. But ... tough luck!
