  Adam Kahlfuß and Momme Schultz fail completely as commercial representatives. By coincidence however they are considered to be the two important naval officers, expected to arrive in a small town in Upper Bavaria. Dazzled by military badge of rank, the two civilists cause a lot of confusion in the "company of idiots".
