In the midst of a strikingly beautiful resort in the Alps, love and hate, trust and deceit change the lives of six people. Leni, a beautiful and sensitive woman, is caught between two men - her husband Werner, who seems to be more interested in sports and his friends than his wife and children, and his introverted brother Karl, who is the loving uncle to Leni's and Werner's little children. The fight between the two brothers escalates when Irmgard, Werner's cynical ex-lover tries to blackmail the arrogant playboy. Werner, however, fails to respond to her threats and so she devises a deadly plan for revenge...
